Pop Paper Love

Yesterday, I went to confession and attended Mass because I felt called to do so, as well as because it was Sunday, a day dedicated to deepening one’s spiritual life. 

After each confession, I feel a deep sense of peace and renewal. That is why I partake in that Sacrament regularly. 

Yesterday, my pastor told me that as my penance, I needed to incorporate morning prayer into my daily routine. 

God must have told him that because mornings are the parts of the day when I struggle the most. 

I have been battling depression since I was 16 or 17, and ever since then, I have had troubles getting up.

I often feel very unmotivated in the morning, as if everything is too difficult. 

Consequently, it becomes easier for me to choose staying in bed as an option. 

However, I realized that reading the Bible in the morning helps a lot. 

Even though I don’t get motivated exactly in the moment after reading it, it  gives me strength to continue with my daily obligations. 

I realized that having a consistent prayer life helps you accomplish your tasks more effectively.

I have also come to a conclusion that when I don’t read the Bible every day, I long for that time meant only for me and God. 

God can renew the heart of every person; we just have to allow Him to enter our life. 

We do that with having a daily prayer routine. When we start our days by reading spiritual material, we begin to notice God around us throughout our day. We realize that we are not alone; we have an eternal companion with us in every moment of our existence.

I sometimes regret not knowing before that I needed to set aside some time only for myself and God. 

That is the only relationship most of us really long for. 

However, on a Twin Flame journey, we begin to believe that another person, rather than God, can provide us with the fulfilment that accompanies it. 

I started my journey desperately needing to be in union with my twin flame. 

I was thinking the whole time that if only I were with them, they would fill the holes in my heart. 

Now I know that only God can do that. But we need to allow Him to heal us, we need to invite Him to be with us, and we need to recognize His work in our lives. 

God desires to have a relationship with you, just as you desire your relationship with your Twin Flame. 

Instead of yearning to go on a date with your Twin Flame, consider going on a date with God. 

Treat God as your best friend and lover. He can then come through in your Twin Flame. 

Our Twin Flames are like baits to God. They are a preview of what’s to come, the real thing. 

God knew that you would do anything to be with your Beloved. 

You would overcome all challenges and difficulties in order to have Love in your life. 

The ultimate goal of this journey is to realize that God (and your Twin Flame) has always been within. 

You were just seeking for the connection on the external, instead of experiencing it within yourself. 

When you are able to see the truth, you will have your Beloved with you.
